Speakers: Matt Geller, Moses Preciado, Mark Finck



Matt Geller is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Southern California Mobile Food Vendors Association and the Founding President of the National Food Truck Association. Geller's "Association" model has become the national standard for food truck advocacy, with Geller having assisted over twenty cities, including New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Dallas to establish similar associations.


Moses Preciado is a Food Service Manager at the University of California Riverside. Moses has experience in high volume residential dining at the University's residence halls and retail dining at the University's food court. During the past 4 years Moses has managed the fleet of UCR's four food trucks including a Latin concept at the Culinary Chameleon Food Truck, an American Concept at the Highlander Truck, a soft serve concept with the Moo Moo Ice Cream Truck and a coffee concept that proudly serves Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf beverages at the Bear Tracks Coffee Truck.


Mark Finck is the Lead Engineer at the PG&E Food Service Technology Center (FSTC) in San Ramon, CA. He is responsible for developing and applying standard test methods for evaluating the energy efficiency and performance of commercial food service equipment at the FSTC. Finck has more than twenty years of experience in commercial cooking equipment product development - including performance, application and efficiencies. »more about Mark
